Pet-Friendly Rules & Regulations

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that all pet owners adhere to the following guidelines when staying at our establishment:

1. Pre-Arrival Notification: Guests are required to provide advance notification to the hotel regarding any pets accompanying them during their stay.

2. Pet Weight and Accommodation Charges: We welcome pets under the following conditions:

2.1 Pets weighing less than 10 Kg are permitted with an applicable additional charge per night:
– Deluxe Thames Garden or Deluxe Upon Thames: 1,000 THB per pet.
– Pool Villa Plus: 1,500 THB per pet.
– Thames Mansion: 1,800 THB per pet.
2.2 For pets weighing between 10 Kg and 13 Kg, an additional charge of 300 THB per night, per pet, is applicable for stays in Deluxe Thames Garden, Deluxe Upon Thames, or Pool Villa Plus accommodations.

3. Liability for Damages or Injuries: Pet owners shall be fully responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets to property, hotel staff, or other guests.

4. Control and Behavior: Pets must be kept under control and supervised at all times to prevent disturbance to other guests. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure their pets do not negatively impact the experience of other tenants and their guests.

5. Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets per guest room is allowed.
